EDUCATIONAL SUPPORT GRANT.
This grant is available to all Full POAO members in good standing who have completed University level courses which relate to the field of probation and parole. The grant limit is a maximum of $500. per course with a total calendar year maximum of $1000. per member.
Request for grants through the education fund must be done in writing including course information prior to course commencement and then the member must subsequently provide proof of successful completion. Grants given to members under this fund are subject to the approval of the Provincial Executive and dependent on funding availability".
