Please find attached the Strategic Plan for POAO. This plan will guide the Executive Board and Branch Executives to increase the professional development opportunities for members and to augment the profile of POAO in the greater community. Specifically, it is the intent of POAO to garner stronger ties with our justice partners, increase research and policy action, affirm sensitivity and competence in relation to the cultural diversity of our members, clients and communities we service, and provide continued ethical governance. By maintaining a Strategic Plan POAO as an Association can clearly identify its' goals and make appropriate decisions to reach those goals.
